Joined a few weeks ago, but hadn't posted anything and would hate to be considered rude, so Hi everyone. Have been riding a '98 S1 since bought new from Steve at Black Bear. It's not quite as shiny as it once was and have an interesting collection of broken bits, accumulated from a "reasonable" mileage. Oh and having read a few of the recent posts, thought that I'd better admit to being an engineer, at least that might get some of the piss-taking out the way. That's fine by me, I've got the only bike that I ever really wanted  , when I go to meet my maker, they're going to throw the bike in with me and a couple of gallons of premium grade and a lit Swan Vesta. It'll be a latter-day Viking burial - obviously a long way off yet.
