Nice little Crimbo prezzy. If you need advice they're very good on here after you've waded through the grief and Pish taking, but you bought a Buell so you must have a sense of humour ![]() Welcome ![]() Watch out for that Kiwi he's a bit untamed ![]() ![]() |

oilburnerbike wrote: Hi All, Just bought a 2008 model Buell 1125R with 7000 miles on the clock. It's my first Buell, looking forward to spring as I've not ridden it yet! Got a few other large capacity V twins, all Italian (but no Ducatis!!) Been looking for owners manuals, workshop manuals etc, any thoughts? Bike is standard apart from a Remus exhaust and 3/4 length fairing side panels. Cheers R Black is a good start ![]() |

Defo got a sense of humour, most of my other bikes are Italian ![]() Been playing with it, generally checking it over. Had to adjust the exhaust side fairing brackets to give a little more air between the fairing and the header pipes. Also fitted insulation and silver foil inside the fairing to stop it getting so bloody hot! Managed to find a download of the electric and full strip manuals but still no owners manual download. The ones on this site don't work for me. I could do with knowing how the clock functions work. Managed to get into the set up screen and change the clock time!! My rev needle lights up at 5000 rpm, I assume this is programmable like my Aprilia RSVR??? Cheers all, have a great New Years eve. |

The tacho needle stops lighting up at 5k rpm, when the engine is up to temp. |
