Good evening all, thank you for having me on board. I'm based in Norfolk, day to day ride being a Bimmer K16, I have just sold my 72 Bonnie as it crippled my knackered knee whenever I got into a situation that it wanted the 25th kick to get it running. Nearly bought an R100 1980 scrambler then spotted a Buell for sale.....thought to myself 'the last one was a serious hoot, always put a smile on my mush....so started looking. Just picked up a 1200TT, I'm hopping it'll be as much fun as my old tuned up M2. I'm sure I wont be disappointed. it has a high seat and stock zorst, may cut the seat down unless anyone knows better, and look to something noisy to replace the silencer. Oh, need some rear pegs too so I can take my kids out.... Look forward to participating and welcome any tips. Ta Marco |
