Hi, a quick intro, from a new owner , I'm a life long biker, just got a 2008 ulysess and am very pleased with it , I wanted a bike to take a passenger ,my fifteen year old daughter loves bikes but I also have a commando roadster and it does not have the room for us both comfortably , saw the buell for sale locally and having test rode it had to buy it . Have started to read some of the blogs but would welcome any advise on mods. or upgrades that are recommended, the bike is standard and low miles 7.5k. Included in the sale was a quill exhaust that I was told was too loud for the previous owner any one here like to comment how loud is too loud, I don't mind a bit of noise

Throw the Quill in the bin and buy yourself an Albert if you want an aftermarket exhaust ;)
If it hasn't been done get a freespirit tensioner for the belt and a greasenipple mod for the output shaft then ride and enjoy ;)
