Hi everybody, I've just been able to register & I have my heart set on as late a model M2 Cyclone as I can get. I recently met Maz, who was very honest about the beasts & their faults, however I've not been put off, but I'm prepared to bide my time waiting for the right bike. I was all geared up to get one recently, but a problem with another vehicle robbed my funds. Then all of a sudden, I've just sold my Norton Commando, so the hunt's back on! I currently own a Yam Fazer thou', which does everything impeccably, but unfortunately has no soul, (I'll probably keep it for its dependability though). Anyway, I'm off to view the for sale section, Cheers! |

Spooky.....My mate has a mint commando and a fazer thou......but he says he'll never sell the Commando! Good luck on your search for a nice M2....they are brilliant all round bikes....but then I'm biased ![]() |

Hi Jill, yes it was an original, but sadly since buying it 10 yrs ago, it never failed to pee me off, as it had been "chimped up" by some unmentionable character & was destined to be unreliable until sorted, which I always intended to do but far too many other hobbies etc kept robbing it's refurbishment funds, & when somebody came along who was prepared to take it on as it was, it was an easy decision to let it go. It was sold to me by an established classic dealer as "a good un", by the way! You don't suppose dealers tell lies do you? Cheers. |
