Hi everybody
I started riding in February when I bought a Honda CBR600f a my first bike so far I've covered near 5k covering a good chunk of Scotland and the IOM TT (it was a fantastic week).
One day I was hunting about the internet procrastinating as you do and came across a picture of a XB12ss lightning and automatically fell in love. It reminded me of a Buell (possibly an X1 but I'm not sure) I used to see when i was younger and although I wasn't into bikes I loved the look and the noise it made.
So since I saw that XB12 online I decided I am going to have one, a second account was set up with a few pennies going into it every week with the idea that I would own a Buell in 2 or maybe 3 years as a 2nd bike for the nice days etc.
However since I started a new job it would seem that dream might be a bit closer than first anticipated and it could be possible to have one this year (if I save like buggery) even though I haven't even picked up my first year of no claims the insurance isn't far off what I am paying for the CBR.
I have come here in the hope of finding out as much as I can about the one I am after so you guys better be ready for some pretty moronic questions
