Got my first Buell. I travelled near 300miles to Bradford to buy a Ducati 1098 and came away with the best Bikes of my Life '1125R'. (past my test in78 so there have been a few bikes)
traveld 6000+ miles in the last 8 months ( most of them wet :coat:) and still haven't seen another Buell on the road yet.
But Glad to find a Buell site and hope to meet up with some of you likeminded Buellies.
Till then
Keep the shiny side up!
Riceer

Welcome 8-) You're just down the road from me :yup: I know a few folk who live in Creden Hill, but they mainly ride Jap stuff and Harl*ys (and KTM's in deserts lOl )
The 1125R is top kit 8-) out of interest what swayed you away from the Duc?

Hi Adam,

The dealers hadn't got the Ducati out and id travelled 300 miles for a test ride. But there was this Buell 1125r never seen one before so took her out WOW! she sounded beautiful with the Barker can and handling what can I say fell in love with her, (misses says its cos she's black and shinny Ha).

Best bit from talgath to crickhowell I think. Head north from aber and you are spoiled for choice as long as you pick the one without the speed camera. Send me pm if ever going to the bus station and I'll pop down to say hello

Welcome, a strange path into Buelldom but hopefully you'll appreciate them. Not many 'get' them and many ignorantly slag them off. That's not to say they don't have their problems but the plus sides outweigh them.(hopefully).
Enjoy it and keep an eye on here for tips and support. :yup:
