hello joined site about a month ago after buying an 08 plate ulysses which is in fact an 06 build,
have read quite a lot of the posts tech, how to, ect. very interesting site and responses to some of the questions :rotfl:
had the pleasure today of visiting :maz: got a few bits and pieces and a lot of info what a great guy allthough he prob thinks :yc: for buying a fuel tank with an engine in it but he did agree that for someone 6ft 6in tall the bike fits ,
anyway a bit about me car mechanic by trade , at the mo semi retired just doing a little bit of truck drivin class1 . looking forward to the summer and the events

I have an 06 Uly too, you are one up on me being on an 08, I am on an 07. I put 07 fork springs in, which are progressive, to reduce the dive during heavy braking. I also have the 07 seat, which is lower, as ib a normal height :run:

hi all! i'm another newbie to this site. Owned a xb9sx for about three years and love it. still find it difficult to explain to others who havent ridden a buell what it is that makes em stand out!

have read your thread on this and bad webs even checked price of springs £22.90 per leg .
but what was the out come how much better is it now and what oil level did you finanly settle for 192 as per manual ?

Whatever the level for 2007 was. Forks don't dive as much under braking now...
