Hi,

After riding Japanese bikes for over 20 years, I have finally come round to buying a Buell.
Last week I have bought a 2000 X1 red racing stripe with 21K (kilometers) on its clock.
Apart from the muffler it looks to be original and in very good condition.
Its only been a couple of days driving, but already I can say, this is probably the most fun bike I have owned so far.
Nice detail : my last name is 'van Buel' - with only 1 "L" so I don't think I am related to Erik, but its close :)

I am gonna visit a Dutch meeting in Heeswijk, on May 21th, see how to thats gonna be.
Work related and in private I do visit the UK quit often, although I never brought my bike along.
I am promising myself I will, someday :yup:
