I am pleased to advise that we have been able to secure a Bike Club parade lap in the BSB timetable on Saturday 5th October at 1315.
Instructors will be signing-on all riders/pillions in the Paddock Bar from 0930 – 1030 on Saturday 5th. All riders and pillions will be given a wristband to identify them for access to the track. There is a maximum of 100 x riders, 100 x pillions – places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Following this, from 1030 – 1100, all riders will be briefed on the parade lap, timings, access and H&S.
Access for the parade lap will be granted from the lower APM next to the Bike Club parking area; entering and exiting the track by Wellington Straight Bridge.
Hey Alan, looks like there will be track time, in the same format as previous years....ok, last year was slightly slower than the previous year, but hey ho it was still fun (for some of us, I guess).
Shame I am unable to get time off work as on Thursday 3rd October Maria Costello is hosting a female-only track session. Thankfully she is planning on setting this up as a regular event, so I will have another opportunity to do this. Hopefully Shelly will be up for joining me on a future session??
Going to be an early start on the Saturday morning to book in for the track time though, as we are only stopping over in Buckingham on the Saturday night.
