Discount codes - www.brakes4u.com

Postby pash » Mon Aug 17, 2009 11:56 am

All

I am a regular (and satisfied) customer of http://www.brakes4u.co.uk and I noticed they had a space, at checkout, for a discount code.

I contacted them on behalf of ukbeg and they have given us the following discount code:

s060104j

John Riley, the contact there offered the following:

At the moment we are offering 10% discount on our store plus free shipping if your order is over £50 + vat (uk mainland only)

The code above will entitle your members an extra 5% discount on top of the discounts above, that’s 15% discount and free shipping in total.

All they need to do is add the code at checkout.

I am working on other discount codes at other sites, however if you are a regular at a site and have seen a discount code box at checkout, let me know and I will chase it up on behalf of ukbeg.

Cheers for now

I expect that CRG levers will do a discount. They knocked 10% off my bill when I bought a couple of pairs of levers. Have a word with Danny (if you can catch him near a phone  :) )

I think this is a great idea, I was going to order some motocross boots from Bikers Direct http://www.bikersdirect.co.uk, and after reading this thread, I thought I would ring them and ask the question. The owner was very happy to offer a Club Membership Discount to our group, and asked if we would ring back when he returns from holiday at the end of August and he will set up a code for us.

Would be handy if Trojan Horse did one?

It's 8-) that this is a members only part of the forum, so people can't do a search and use our codes, especially if it has negative implications for us.

Will chase up CRG and Trojan tomorrow (if I get time)...

Been there done that..... I spent years promoting products he sells via this forum and keeping them in stock etc.....finally fucked him off when he refused to give me any concession what so ever :tosser:

How many FS tensioners, Reverso exhaust systems etc. has he sold off my back ?......and the cheeky fecker still charged me full retail/postage even after I challenged him about it

I'm not very good when it comes to anything computer or interweb as this question will probably prove! :oooops:

But when I used the link to brakes4u it just seems to be a page of links to other sites ie EBC's site etc.
Am I missing something?

Does it revert back to brakes4u when you check out and then you can use the promotion code?

Sorry for my nievety!!

Nick, can you vouch for them ? Just went to order brake pads for my 1125R ( front and rear ) at a cost of £57.83 plus VAT - when I put your code in it says that it will give a 15% discount - and then only takes £3.21 off ! That's less than 6% - if they can't get their website right it doesn't really give me much confidence in the company.
