The problem with the ultimate airbox is they dont seal very well.
Buy a 07 airbox as they have a lot of cut outs already in them plus the nipple to direct the air.
I bought one for mine and it's also cheaper than the ultimate.

Nope, doesn't fit - the filter's totally different. There may well be a K & N air filter soon though, keep an eye on the 1125R forum on Badweatherbikers.
There is a lot more info on there - some of the Americans run their bikes "topless", ie without the inner airbox cover - it appears to sacrifice a little top end speed for a little more grunt at the lower end - once a K & N filter is available I will be giving it a go, as how often do you run at 150 mph ?

Thanks for the reminder Maz.

I knew you'd thrown the wavy disc into the RIVER ( ;) ), but I'd forgotton that you'd still got the airbox!

If anyone wants to make an offer following Maz's recommendation, just let me know

Pash,

You have PM. Make me a semi-reasonable offer and pay half to Emm's charity site and half to UKBEG (less any postage costs) and its your's.

(I've got an Ultimate Aorbox kit going spare too, just in case you're interested!)

Dave
