The right price and I'd be in, mines 80% (flat spot from trying to ride off with a disclock on - 170 miles on the clock  ) and it buggs me

Go by a muffler shop and have them bent a piece that is the correct diameter and cut a shield out. It can't be that difficult! |

You can buy stainless bends, of different diameters, on line. |

They`re twin skined , a single skin would just heat up too much. |

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Buell-S1-earl ... Sw46BZrvC9 Shows the reverse. Might be some insulation held with metal tape. Can`t be arsed to take mine off to look. |
