Any one have a new type crank seal for an x1 that they could post to me before Christmas ? One I was fitting today split and Harley parts closed here in Ireland and don't stock them anyway . Have 2 old style ones but was hoping to use new style .

I have , it was nearly all the way in and the very top just peeled back a little , like the rubber peeled from the metal, disaster ! Was hoping to get it together during Christmas

Just back from shed , ure right Maz , where it stripped I didn't have enough taken off the egde, must have pinched on the way in . Any way would like to fit a new type seal if some one has one lying around and can post .
