Looking for a set of Alpina wire wheels for an XB- Prefer black but any color will do!!!!....

If you have a set to sell or know of a lead on a set- PLEASE LET ME KNOW....

Think you'll be extremely lucky....Like winning the lottery type lucky. But if you ever want to machine some of those rear pulleys up again i'm sure you'd have some takers on this side of the pond. I'd be the first in line obviously :run:

i know what you mean about being lucky. Im sure i will never find a set but just figured why not ask?

The guys over on buellxb.com are bugging me to make some more pulleys as well. If i get time and decide to ill let you know.

I have no idea why you would want those wheels. I had a set on my Moto Guzzi as a stock item. Horrible things... leaking air past the o-ring sealed nipples. Then trying to diagnose which one is leaking. On the road, best have a spare tube unless you got a who bag of replacement O-rings and a metric ton of patience. It's a 50/50 love/hate ratio with owners of them.

Kineo is by far the best looking, albeit most expensive, tubeless spoked wheels I've ever seen.

No longer looking for a set of Alpina wheels.... as i must be lucky as hell.... just found and bought a BRAND NEW set of them for 1/3 the original price!! Im feel like a little kid on Christmas. Maybe ill stop and buy a lottery ticket on the way home.

The Kineo wheels are pretty slick and i looked into them but expensive as hell and they do not make a set of wheels for the Buell ZTL Perimeter brake

As for the Pulley, I have just gone into production and plan on making a handful or two of the Billet XB pulleys. Offering them both in 65 tooth for the XB guys, and 61 tooth for the Tuber guys with XB wheel conversions. They are CNC 6061- T6 and will be hardcoated Black to eliminating tooth wear.
As for my bike im going to make a custom one off billet pulley to match the Alpina spokes that are going on it!

Rich. Got the price of one those pulleys. It was a bit :shock: I'll stick with one of those common rizoma ones. You wanna see what i've had done to the S1 rear pulley. No one has one like mine now 8-)
