The oil unions (feed and return) on my oil cooler have corroded threads and I've been told by various engineers it is not reparable. Is there a pattern item out there or is it HD spares? Does anyone have a spare? Can anyone point me at a source of spares? Currently need wing mirror/throttle cables, rhs front foot peg & battery. two and a half years after taking it off the road to replace an exhaust cir clip the XB is in one piece again. Yay! I'm new to this forum so please be patient if I've posted in the wrong area!

I think they are repairable - so thanks for that excellent post! The last cable I made up let go on the way up the exit ramp of a cross-channel ferry. The 5TA Triumph made a jaunty exit - my girlfriend made some harsh judgement about my ancestry. I'm sure these engineering marvels are maintainable! Thanks for keeping it all alive.
