Vance & Hines elbow in front of silencer , mine has just fractured all around the front bracket!!
Other than that, can anyone weld stainless in sunderland?

Mine did that too - It was not stainless - just plated plain steel. Plated yellowish to look like used stainless.

It aint stainless and there's a method involved in the fabrication to ensure it doesn't happen again :idea:

Maz do you mean extra gussetting during the repair? also if it's not stainles could I just braze it as I can do that at home. cheers Brian

That's exactly what I did on my Supercrapp that I had on my M2 (before I made my own pipe for it). No breakages after that.
Demon Tweeks, (in Wrexham) advertise discs and end caps etc for these pipes.
