I have £2500 to spend and thinking of a buell . Any offers or advise?

Yes, you could have just under half of mine, i'll keep your half and bring it over when u fancy a ride.This way you only have two wheel bearings to worry about...

There isn't a buell worth over £5 in reality , . Ask any dealer and you wil see. except though for the odd special bike. and is the one you want at the time you have the cash in your pocket. I notice you didn't say what your one was .. Maybe because someone ripped you off for it ;)

No, i only paid 2500 for half of it, the other half is on approval. but i think i have the better half, you've got me worried now....

I do admit many Buells are priced high in adverts, like many bikes lately. but I don't think they make that sort of cash. I will wait and see I think. I reckon I will get a whole one no probs.

Dear Doctor - just a thought but you do realise this site is for BUELL enthusiasts ? - all of them are "odd special bikes" - so unfortunately for you - worth more than £5 in reality

£2.5K will probably buy you a nail, and you'd end up spending that again to get it sorted.
Get down the back of the sofa for some loose change.
£3.2K - £3.5K should get you summat reasonable :)

I am speaking as a buyer... So to me at this time thet are not worth 5k. Iam not having a go here. So if you don't have a buell for £2500 I wont buy it. I promise!

Done that ... I now have £2500.56p half a digestive biscuit and a few sticky tissues. :)
I know I may get a nail but then again I may not. Wish me. Luck guys!

Cant wait to see what POS you end up with for 2.5K lOl .......as above, you'll spend double that to get it anything like sorted ie. you may as well set fire to your 'wad' rather than waste it on a 'bargain' :idea:

I have searches on eBay looking at mcn and here too. Plus google gumtree et al. I want a bike that I can personalise and when I get it, which I will , I will sell my old trusty CX500 which will get me a grand to do the Buell up sweet !
