Has anyone got the trouser part of the zip in the back of a Vanson leather jacket that they could live without?

No, but I've been faced with different pitch/teeth matching of zips before. The easiest solution is to sew another zip onto the fabric part of the original. I've done this with a 2 piece suit before and it works fine :yup:
