My mum drives an old Rover Metro (but in good nick because she doesn't go very far, she's 76 lOl ). Anyway, she lives in Ballymoney and takes her car to a local garage. She likes them, because they're very friendly and get the job done eventually, but they struggle for spare parts as they're not computer savvy and don't use the internet. I usually end up sourcing the parts from here, they get delivered to my mum and she takes them to the garage. Meanwhile my mum is housebound. Does anyone know a garage in the vicinity of Ballymoney that either specialises in Rovers, or is just good at sourcing parts themselves :?: :P

Sorta lost touch since I moved from there 18 odd years ago. I'm down that way on Saturday visiting ma in law etc, I'll make a few enquiries. What garage does she use BTW and how far can she travel?

Sorry Mr Bear, I somehow missed your post :oooops:

Anyway, I fink I've got it sussed now. Turns out the Rover City is a rebadged Tata Indica. I've finally tracked down a Tata dealer, and he's sending the parts over today :P

Hey Digs, the dealer is just up the road from you, in Cranswick lOl
