As title suggests, I'm looking for a pillion seat for my 1125, I think the firebolt ones also fit.

Thanks

Had a friend who made a metal base plate (based on the orinal foot print. Fitted a box to the base plate.

Assume you are doing something similar??

I don't think he has the bike any longer, but can see if he has his mod still if you want??

How much do you want to spend ?

I may have one in the garage that I was going to get re-worked ...

... or a trade if you have anything useful - I'm always on the look out for 1125 parts ...

I'm also after a spare pillion seat to mount a top box to.

Ideally I would like to spend as little as possible.

S M - would you be interested in a swap for an 1125R top fairing in black?

Would you even be able to get your leg over with a top box mounted that far foward? :D

I've got a mint pillion seat sat in the loft, don't think it's ever been used-no pillion pegs on mine, even before I started stripping everything off.

I've mounted a top box on a couple of pillion seats before and it doesn't really cause any problems. But you are right, you do have to modify how you get on - think karate kick rather than leg swing :)

I'll let Avalaugh have first dibs - only fair as he asked first. But I definitely want one.
