Yea I'm up for that I live in Newton aycliffe .itll probally warm on a Saturday this year..

That looks like a 2002 model ...which is as good as the 2001 as it has all the same upgraded parts .....2001 had all black engine and Blue graphics on the fuel tank .

I'm showing my ignorance then because i didn't really think there was a 2002 model. Anyhoo i bought it and it was registered in 2001 and i was told it was one of the last of the tubers. I would only have had to waited a few weeks for a fuel in the frame but i wanted a tuber. Still love it to bits but don't get the time or inclination to ride it.

It is one of the last X1's ..............Maz often refers to them as parts bin special as obviously they were the end of the line ............ they were the same spec as the previous years bikes just different colour scheme................. remember all vehicles are normally made the previous year to their model year..... so it could still have been here and sold in 2001
