Not that tatty (or standard) but could would benefit from a bit of TLC.

Thanks Ash. Shall be sorry to see it go, not an easy decision to put it up for sale but needs must.

Sorry, forgot I hadn't put my location when I redid my profile.

I am situated a few miles north of Newbury, Berks. (just off A34)
