Beryl

My sweet Beryl is sadly for sale through no fault of her own. Born in 2004 and only 6048 miles on the clock. Wonderfully maintained from birth by Uncle Tubbs and polished more than ridden. MOT until August, currently on a SORN as she is always wrapped in cotton wool over winter with an optimate to keep her warm. She currently lives in a centrally heated garage and enjoys every luxury including polished pipes. She is immaculate in every respect.

She's has a cute rear end, tinycators, bologna mirrors, free spirits tensioner, bum bag, and best of all a nice shiney Remus which produces a soul stirring exhaust note and and burbles on the over-run.

Uncle Ursus says he'd retail her for £3,650 but I think £3,150 is fair to keep her in the family.

Clicky pics below, PM me if interested. Beryl currently lives in Bournemouth/Christchurch.

Forgot to say (and apparantly am not allowed to edit :? ) she also has a K&N air filter and I'm happy to put 6 months tax on her for the asking price, so you can burble away on her.

Sorry Jill, it's been manic with PM's today and to be honest Jill I think she would have been too tall for you. I've got a 32" inside leg and my feet aren't flat on the floor.

That's ok Vanessa. If I were being honest, I also think it would have been too tall for me. Just looked at the DG20 photos, and you tower above me. I will just have to be patient and wait for an Scg.. I just hope I don't have to wait too long and pay too much....I don't do patient very well. LOL

Glad you managed to sell your bike though, and hope it has gone to a good new home.

Enjoy your new bike.
xx

That was quick.
What did you get to replace it?
Yellow is the best colour for an XB.

Hi Norrie,

Quick isn't the half of it  Only put it on the forum in the afternoon and by 8pm I'd got the deposit.

I'm after this:

...but need to sort out the rest of the finance and there's only one left in the country so fingers crossed :D

The overview description calls it a 'Cage Racer'

I guess that's a cross between a cafe racer, streetfighter and cagefighter then; probably sums it up well :yup:
Did your XB get snapped up by the Europeans?

Once she's riding it, she'll never see it, and you will only see the rear-end, dimly through her dust... lOl
