It suggests an 'I don't give a f@ck' attitude (or general ignorance) and is inevitably accompanied by short comings on the :sp: and grammatical fronts.

Yeah.....Why did the Russians take some of our letters and use them the wrong way round in their own alphabet?
Of course, it may have been the other way around, but being English, I doubt that is possible lOl

You can get into quite a bit of bother, without puctuation. :oooops:
