As you can see, it is/was sold....Unfortunately we are having shit with the chain.
So.....The house we are going to is vacant, ready to move in to, so we need a cash buyer because of crap at the bottom of the chain(you have all been there, so can imagine the shit!)
If you are in the position to offer cash for a quick purchase, then feel free to do so.
