That funky front end came from Chassis Design Company in California, and is equipped with a small air shock.

Yeah, I can see that but it gives zero vertical movement, just fore and aft :?

Not an engineer - I can see it, looking at the three connections as a triangle, if the wheel center is far enough forward of the fixed pivot point, the force should be traveling up the hypotenuse to the fore and aft suspension, it should work.

I'm a mechanical incomapatant and it looks to me as if there's a fixed bracket thingie just down from the fore and aft shock. A 'Hard Front'? :shock:

Looked at the other photos and I'm talking bollox. No connecting bar - fore and aft movement it is. Still kinda Hard Front though :D

Scale it down, make that principal out of a Cornflakes box (other cereals available) and it will show the effects
