So took the old girl for a longer run today, she ran fine and sounds okay "BUT" the management light is on permanently I can only assume at present that the aftermarket silencer has a lot to do with this, the cable that was attached to the silencer flap is just hanging there.
has anyone had the same problem this will be my first port of call before further invest, Any help much appreciated. I think there was some sort of mod I read about just can't remember where.

Look in the How To section to read the codes. There is a 'mechanical' method at the bottom of the post.

Thanks pash I will give that a go, the thing I was talking about was something to do with fitting a "Exhaust valve eliminator" [BC337] To stop the management light from coming on? whatever that is it had to be wired in somewhere. :?

Yeah man but best to check what the fault is. You can use ECMSpy to turn the error checking off. Search AMC in the How To.
