Hi ,I have a leaky rear shock in fact it dumped most of the oil in 2 loads ,but you really need to remove the spring to test it's effectiveness, having trolled through the net there's very little info and YOU can't do it,it's not serviceable, but you can send it away and it can be done for a price,I find myself in a bad place to be posting rear shocks to the UK and back so I'm forced to find a solution 1st you might compare your shock with 2006 honda cbr600rr which can be serviced ,I have opened mine and there's no obvious signs of anything failed ,the small Bush was peeling inside very lightly,I have changed it along with an upgraded blue main seal (you only use the thrust washer ! The washer with a shoulder is not used)and a new dust cover, this set can be found in the net for about £30 ,I'm using mogul 5w oil, alloy wheel shops use nitrogen and should help you the recommended psi 150,that's it Bob's your uncle fanny's your aunt lets go riding,,,,,take your time ! I found the clips difficult at first so I now recommend push them in first so you can hook it easier ,good luck
