Right so go for a spin and when i pull up revs stay at 2000rpm then after a few second or so drop down to just over a 1000rpm , but it does not do it all the time mostly but not all , posted on Book face page and was told classic intake seal leaks, done a bit of looking and stipped air box and scoops off and sprayed with carb cleaner and .....nothing revs dont rise
is this a definitive test or could it be something other ? apart from revs thingy bikes running fine :headbang:

What is your AFV?

Yes, with ease. The Race ECM probably needed a TPS reset to make it run properly.

As long as the AFV is not locked to 100% that would suggest your intake seals are not a problem.
