I noticed when adjusting the idle that I have no adjustment left to raise it. the screw appears to have bottomed out.
Does anyone have any experience or idea about what is causing this please ?

Seized? Broken or bent bracket?

Take the airbox cover off and see if the butterfly is moving when you turn the screw.

Possible worn throttle spindle or linkage in the carb if it's not what pash suggests.

Yeh sorry, forgot to say it is FI. not carb so it has the long speedo cable type flexi screw thing.

The screw is moving ok and is adjusting the tick over, so not seized, but it wont adjust it any higher than 1100 rpm which it did do before.

I will have to take it to bits and have a look, just wondered if anyone had been here before.

cant help wondering why u need more than 1100 rpm tickerover :D

When I start the bike from cold, I find the tickover a bit low for my liking and a quick tweak of the screw sorted it nicely. Now I have lost the option, out of threads.

Well I have taken a better look at the adjuster and everything looks Good, no bends, seizures or breakages.
It has simply run out of adjustment screw threads to turn the butterfly any more. The screw has bottomed out.
Could this be a TPS issue ?
It runs fine and will tick over at 1050 rpm but I believe this is going to drop gradually with no way of lifting it.
I am baffled, please can anyone throw any light on this phenomenon?
