Popped over to the stand at Copdock, nice display!
Seeing 2 XB12Rs with standard screens made me want one (amber) for mine. Been on Fleabay and not sure what to get. Quite like one in the States NOS but works out at about £125 with shipping. Any recommendations or advice?
Also, due to an old injury, my right foot turns out when leg is relaxed so I occasionally miss the pedal and have to hunt for it. I have fitted a pedal extender to my BMW F800 and am contemplating getting another and making it fit. Before I pay out another £40 to Nippy Normans has anyone modded theirs?
Thanks in advance.
Chris B

I suppose it is. My son lives in Melbourne and I am off today to stay with him and his wife for a month. SRWMoto are about 15 miles from his house. Hope to hire a bike for a while - maybe even visit Phillip Island next weekend (Classic Racing).

Sad day.
Does he have much Buell stock left? Would he like to list it and offer it to this forum, so he gets at least some of his investment returned.

:yup:

I would think postage from Australia may be a little high... :oooops:

I thought he was a European dealer.

Now home with my prize. Genuine NOS Buell amber screen, brilliant find!

Met and spoke to Peter of SRW (and his wife). He is giving up running his store after 9 years during which it looks like it has taken over his life. It certainly has taken over his kitchen/diner area! He will be transferring most of the business to someone else in the near future so hopefully this source of parts will remain open.

I will keep an eye on his website!
