If you appreciate Italian style and engineering (and who doesn’t :D ) you may be interested in this event which is being held at the rather splendid Newby Hall, Ripon, North Yorkshire.

We’ve registered our two older Guzzis and will make a right exhibition of ourselves.

‘Newby Hall is just a few miles from the A1(M), the main London to Edinburgh motorway. Close by are the magnificent Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors National Parks and the historic cities of York and Ripon’

Details of the location and event can be found here.

Its a beautiful forecast for Sunday, combined with the location it should be a perfect day for the show.

Our contact number on Sunday is 0792 626 5582.

It was a brilliant day yesterday, perfect weather, event, location and laid back atmosphere. The Alfa Romeo club, who organised the event, were very pleased with the attendance despite a lack of publicity in the wider motorcycling community.

There was a good selection of motorcycles on display with Guzzis being the most numerous, yay! :P

CJ, saw your post about this on Friday but unfortunately busy yesterday. It would have been great to be able to come along and thanks for the pics.

If it’s any consolation they hope to hold this event again next year at Newby Hall. They need to improve publicity for it though.

There’s a dearth of events ooop norf for Italian motorcycle enthusiasts so I hope they do. I only found out about last Sunday’s event purely by chance when discussing Em’s Day 2016 on a Ducati forum.

I think many Italian vehicle owners like a show and put on a good one. Bristol in the South is a good example. It must be the pseudo Latin blood. :old:
I followed a lovely little Alfa 4C on Sunday, like a mini Ferrari. he was too keen on the brakes though so I had to make better progress. :oooops:
