Together with Patrick Yates, General Manager of Harleyworld, Chesterfield, we’ve organised this event in the Peak District to celebrate UKBEG’s 18th Birthday.

These are the main details for the weekend. Further announcements will be made in due course.

Saturday 16th April: Evening Meal In Chesterfield.

Motorcycles can be left securely overnight in Harleyworld’s dealership and Patrick will ferry people to nearby hotels. If you wish to take advantage of this arrangement you must be at Harleyworld no later than 4.45pm on Saturday afternoon.

We need to have some idea of the numbers interested in this evening meal so we’d appreciate some feedback, thank you.

Casa Hotel Chesterfield: here

Sunday 17th April: UKBEG 18th Birthday Brunch & Peak District Ride-Out.

Free food and drink will be available.

Discount cards will be given to UKBEG members who may wish to purchase or order any Buell parts, oils, filters and spark plugs etc. during the day.

At approx. 1.30pm there will be a ride-out from Harleyworld through the Peak District to the Knockerdown Inn, near Carsington Water for coffee and tea etc.

I'm planning to be there too. Paddy and I were the only non-H-D Buell dealers when they were first launched in the UK in 1997. Paddy was at Carnell's multi-franchise dealership in Birmingham and I was at Wheels International's Triumph showroom in Stockwell, London SW9. My membership number was 1066 lOl

All, thanks for the feedback.

Claire, its great news that both of you can make it. And don't worry, Chesterfield is a seagull free zone :D.....
