Not too bad for two years, isn't it?

Thanks a lot to all donors, regardless if EcmSpy users or not. With the aid of them all the total has more than doubled in that time. :worthy:

You're right, Gunter, who'd have thought 2 years ago that it would raise so much money :P...

UKBEG, through its events and Em's web page, is one of the most successful fundraisers for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Papworth, providing a constant flow of funds for their vital work.

Despite the mixed weather conditions it was a worthwhile trip today to further cement the relationship between Papworth Hospital and UKBEG. It was good to meet up with Marion and Helen from their fund-raising department and of course, Sarah, Emma's sister.

Today's event was an opportunity to chat with other fundraisers and patients who are undergoing treatment for life threatening illnesses. It certainly puts things into perspective and makes one realise just how lucky most of us are.

Since April 2004 UKBEG has raised almost £30,000 for Papworth and this has helped to support the Cystic Fibrosis Unit that looked after Emma.

Left to right, Marion, Sarah and Helen...
