I am sure everyone knows this already, but I potentially rediscovered it as I am currently making a hybrid harness for the Son of Grenade...

The AMP Multilock connectors, as used on all Buell wiring harnesses (looms*) from instrument cluster sub-harnesses, to tail light sub-harnesses to side stand (prop stand*) switches etc., are available from RS.

The catalogue here allows you to identify the part numbers and you can search for them on the RS website (http://uk.rs-online.com/web/).

I am lucky enough to have an RS local to me so I can order online and go pick the stuff up from there at lunchtime hence avoiding P&P - it probably costs more for me to use the car but it feels better :sun:

Now all I need to do is to identify a source for the connectors used on S1/M2/X1 left ('9 place connector') and right ('4 place connector') hand switchgear....

* My dad gave me a thick ear the other day for using American words such as 'axle' when I really mean 'wheel spindle'.

Shame to chop stuff off just cos you can't match it.

I am pretty certain I have seen this sort of stuff on car radios...

Aux power connectors (Uly and 08-10 XBs) are Sumitomo (as per the manual).
