Dear team has anyone had a problem with there rear header pipe and has anyone removed and replaced one? Any help appreciated Thanks

Alan (albert666) has removed and replaced his try a PM to him. He manufactures exhaust systems so knows a thing or two about them :yup:

not had a problem with mine but i removed it to modify it.
i had to remove the wheel, swingarm etc.
its a bit of a ballache, also had to cut down a socket to gain access
then you twist it and swear a lot until it drops out, then you think how fuck does it go back in?
it may be easier if you rotate the engine but i'm not sure,
there are wiser people on here than me :)
