Have put some showa forks on my S1WL, but don't have a manual so was wondering if anyone could give us some ball park settings for comp and rebound, I way just over 14st (90kgs) in my leathers, boots and helmet. Can tinker with fine settings once this is done.
cheers
Rich

Always start at factory settings....

Front Fork rebound (top of the forks) - maximum damping minus 0.5 turn
Front Fork compression (bottom of the forks) - Maximum damping minus 1.25 turns

I dont need to say make sure that BOTH forks are the same settings do I?

(if you have the rear shock from an X1 it is rebound - max minus 1.5 turns and compression - max minus 2.25 turns)
