What range of movement should they have? As in spring travel. Not exshaust clearance.

I'm fairly sure its not a free spirits tensioner saw one exactly the same on US ebay a couple of months ago but sorry can't remember the makers name but I do recall making a search and found they were priced very similar to f s t

The tensioner that you have is definitely NOT a Free Spirits item but a copy. The genuine Free Spirits tensioners Always have a yellow spring, and are much better machined than the one in the picture.

That's cleared that up then :D

If it does the job (which it's no reason not to) I couldn't give a rats ass tbh. It's saved me £70 ;)

Only problem I having fitting it is exhaust clearance atm...but I should have that sorted asap :)
