So I take it if the lights fuse blows on your 1125r, the bike wont start ?

Hi wurth,
no, it won't start with no/blown light fuse. I learnt this quiet early on with the DDFI3 system in 2008. I used to pull the light fuse on earlier systems when doing a download on the ecm to conserve battery power, but when the DDFI3 system came on, the coputer (digitech) would not connect with the ecu, until I put the light fuse back in. I now disconnect the connector to the headlamp instead when updating ecm's, as it dose not cut communications with the system.
