After Nerg Nail hit my rear tyre. I ordered new bearings as well so I have them to hand when the wheel comes out.

Looking through the bearing pages I see that the front 6005-2RS1 is also available as 6005-2RS'H'. The H is one with 'rubber' sealed bearings!

Does anyone know if rubber here is better than standard nylon/neoprene?
Will rubber make the fronts last longer?

AFAIK the seals on the RS1 and RSH are the same material, but the RSH has a slightly different lip.

Ta pash. Picture the scene at the trade counter; "...can I have one with less lip please?.."

Took rear wheel out last night and bearings were silky smooth after 9000 miles, so not going to pull them out again just yet.
