AAAAARRRSE!! :headbang: :sad1:
Bikes going great all ready for Mallory in 2 weeks then it goes :Dummy: and gets a new leak. Only a tiny weap forming a damp patch on top of gear box casing between rear cylinder and starter motor . Not coming from barrel base gasket and have recently replaced starter and primary gaskets with the upgradeded steel and rubber type.

My best guess is the electrical connection which exits the case between the rear cylinder and the starter.
Any ideas or advice gratefully accepted
Rich.

If it's coming from the grommet on the wiring, then that grommet is bonded onto the cable. A bit of silicone does the trick. You'll need to whip the cover off though.

Yep, clutch cover. I must add that silicone on that grommet is about the only place it's acceptable on a bike lOl (the other place I tend to use it is on the clutch cable adjuster boot; a smear, inside the ends, before I seal it up with a tie wrap lOl )
