 Post subject: Fuse box

How do to all while checking over the buell at the weekend i noticed the fuse box on the right hand side of the clocks had gone a bit spongey and orange is showing through looks like it started to melt?
My bike is a 2004 xb9r by the way any ideas and where do i find a new one?
