after reading all the fun people are having with the quill cans i taking it off the missis
( shineyshoes) bike .

can anyone give a step by step cut and shut guide to the mod as im sitting with grinder poised ready and willing :D

one cut around the rear weld.
weld a slide hammer head to the internals and pull them out.
remove everything from between the baffle plates and replace with 2" perferated tubing that will run from the incoming tube to the back of the box. postion the baffles so when slid back in they align with the jack points (i welded the baffles to the perf pipe and filled in other holes). slide them and the tube back in packing between the plates with Stainless wool.
weld back end back on.
Before anyone asks i did not take pictures
