Ok guys nice to see plenty of lookers but no replys ..I have power feeds with the clocks plugged in but have no power feeds when disconnected ..I want to use led warning lights for fuel ,cel,warning lights many thanks if you can help

so your saying with the ignition on & the instrument cluster unplugged
you have no feed to the cluster ?

some things like oil light ,when the pressure switch makes to earth
ie neg switched not positive switched ?
I would guess in some of what your trying this would be the case , however is there electronics inside the cluster , I'm guessing yes.

Hi guys firstly I do have the original factory manual I bought it when I bought the bike (not cheap)but it's very good...secondly ,I'm not an electrics fan but I guess I'm going to be learning...yes I do have power feeds for the clocks clocks but without them being connect to the standard clocks I can't get things to work..I also think there must be something inside the clocks ..by the way it's only my rpm that doesn't work or it is a broken or cracked circuit/dry joint I just can't see anything .thanks
