This post is to try and pin down an "odd" engine running item I have with my 11k, Remus, K&N air filter, Powerizer, 06 Uly. Please do not post if this is not specific to your problem as it just clouds the issue.

For sometime I have been taking note of the way my engine has been fueling with regards to steady revs, at a fixed throttle position at about 30 and 70 mph, at which I get a very slight engine surging. The fueling does sort itself after a while, is perfect and makes riding the bike a joy. I want to make it do this all the time.

I can only guess, given what I have noted in the past, but I think it is down to the ECM not updating the engine temp for whatever reason. Like tonight I pulls over to go in a shop for 5 min, engine well hot, and then the bike runs perfect after that.

Run a log.

The IMO easiest way is logging with a PDA, because of it's size and the binary log, which keeps all data.

I'm guessing you're pretty into IT Gunter? That may be a slightly simplistic reply!
It leaves me none the wiser, but I am an IT numpty.
