I've just changed my 07 Lightning Long for a 08 Ully. The clutch lever doesnt have a span adjuster on it and i was wondering if its posible to put a bit of slack into it by adjusting the cable and if so how do you do it? Thanks :D

The adjuster on the cable IS the span adjuster (actual clutch adjustment is done at the release mech).......however the Buell clutch runs pretty marginal, so if you put in too much slack the clutch will drag.

The lever on the lightning had the 1-5 chrome adjuster dial on it,The problem i find with the uly clutch is that doesn't seem to bite untill the lever is nearly full out and having smallish hands it makes it awkward to control when you'r creeping along in traffic.

Must've been an aftermarket lever as they were never fitted as standard.
