£140? Wow is that how much they are?

Air temp sensor shouldn’t affect the engine temperature.

yep from http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl its the only place i could find it ,im not sure if the engine is over heating, and fault code 15 (intake air temp sensor) was the only code that came up, so cant see what else it could be??

We get a 13% discount at Riders of Bristol. Around £50 with that discount last time I looked...

Sadly it’s the modern way (Man’s greed for more money )
Supply and demand in an obsolete no longer available parts market
The less parts that are available the higher the price
Soon we will be paying what were new prices for second-hand parts
:headbang:

Cable's on it's way, send it back when you're done with it.
All the best Paul.

ok! So! i finally managed to get the manual way to read the fault codes to work and it come up with the air intake temp sensor! ive just spent £140 on an engine temp sensor assurances seniors (which me and most people were almost certain it was the fault) to find out it was a £25 sensor hahaha still could be worse :D

But it is already a real ordeal to find this temperature sensor you know. Especially if the car is a German.
