Yes.....or at least I used to....Andy (Spondon 440) does them for me but now he's not doing Buell stuff any more, he might tell me to go away ? :?

I measured, correctly this time, 4.5v, 1.9v and 5.2v across each winding, so that confirms the stator is knackered.

Can anybody recommend somewhere to get my rotor drilled then, if Maz and Spondon440 don't anymore?

TM do an exchange programme for rotors and stators......West Co. rewinds wont warranty their stators, or Steve Loxton has a bloke that BB used to use for drilling rotors.
Even if Andy will still do them for me, you'd have to get the bike to mine.

Who are TM and Steve Loxton? Do you have contact details?

What would you need the whole bike for if I can take the stator and rotor off to send to these companies?

TM = Twin Motorcycles in Holland.
Do you have the required tools to do the job ?.......crankshaft locking tool is a mininum requirement :?

Just had confirmation from Andy......he definitely wont be doing any more Buell work :(

Steve suggested Demeanour Customs who have confirmed they will do it for £100.
