I recently purchased a 2005 XB9R. 20453 Miles on it.... The check engine light kept coming on so I read the codes and 13, 15 were in it. Troubleshoot them and replaced IAT sensor. All was good til a trip from Starkville Ms to Jackson MS average speed 90 mph... Coming through redlight traffic it was a little congested do I was sitting more than I was moving. Got back on the interstate and went to excellerate and the bike cut out. Like I hit the kill switch .... Pulled in the clutch and after about 30 seconds it was running again... So I eased on it and figured it was just hot. After about 2 miles I went to pass and same thing, dead.... Anyone had the same problem as me? No codes... It will do it cold or hot, any time any gear, as long as you ease into it'll run up to 100 mph then cut out

My money is on the Cam Position Sensor or harness to ECM. Best to log some data to get a better picture. Kevmean has something similar. I’ll dig out his troubleshooting if I can...
